Happy New Year!
2018 was a big year for me. Most noteworthy being that I made it through an exhausting pregnancy and gave birth to an amazing little human on my own terms and grew stronger and more empowered through that experience than I thought possible.
Learning to balance the needs of two little humans as well as my own has proven to be extremely challenging but I’m finding my groove and realizing more than ever that I need to be patient, ask for what I need, not try to do it all... and let go of what other people think.
I’m so excited for what 2019 has in store: focusing on my gradual return to my counselling practice, being true to myself, and being the best mother and partner that I can be.
