BODY IMAGE & eating Disorders
Whether body image/food/eating issues are something you have always struggled with, or if it is a new struggle as you've become pregnant or entered motherhood; addressing the underlying issues are vital to reach a point where you will be happy with yourself.
Jen has years of experience working with women struggling with body image and disordered eating . She is passionate about helping women develop a healthier relationship with food, their bodies, and most importantly - supporting women to get in touch with their intuition and emotions to address the underlying causes that are driving your dissatisfaction with your body & unhealthy relationship with food.
Body Image Group Sessions are run the second Tuesday of every month.
