We have integrated a few of our most popular workshops from Calgary to bring you this new one to help you in managing feelings of anger, rage, guilt, & anxiety….while identifying how and when to let go of control & when to use your power in a healthy way.
In this session, you can expect:
An interactive psycho-educational workshop + art therapy process with Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor Jen Reddish where you will be supported to gain insight around your emotions and help you find ways of releasing them in a healthy way.
Learn coping strategies for anger & anxiety + you will have opportunities to practice these strategies in-session.
You will learn ways of recognizing Guilt & Shame + participate in experiential activities to release toxic shame
Take a Look at The Deeper Message: What is at the root of your anxiety, anger & sadness?
Letting Go of Control: An assessment of what you actually have power over and how to use it while learning tools to let go of the control that you never had anyways
