This 5-Part Series on Loving Your Body runs bi-weekly from June 20th - August 29th and welcomes you to explore the below topics in depth to support you in transforming your relationship with your body and self. $45 per class. Come to these classes to learn to LOVE your body! If you feel like you are unhappy with your weight, size, or how your body looks, this is the right place for you! In these classes you will be welcomed to explore your relationship with your body in a way that is not often spoken about to support you in creating a lasting positive relationship with your body and yourself. What are the underlying causes that contribute to your body dissatisfaction? Where do your beliefs about yourself and your body come from?

Each session is video-based and invites interaction to help you gain the most from these sessions. There will also be a slideshow with psycho-education on each topic during each class presented.

Join Jen Reddish, counsellor at The Essence of You, to explore all of the above and more. Jen has almost 10 years experience supporting women with building healthy and positive relationships with their bodies and she is passionate about supporting women on this topic! Jen’s work with women struggling with body image issues and eating disorders is an asset to these classes.
