Join Jen Reddish, Master Therapeutic Counsellor with almost 10 years of experience on this topic for a half day retreat learning and practicing ways to release your anxiety and restore a sense of calm.
Your day will include:
A guided mindfulness walk through the forest in the gorgeous countryside on the outskirts of Calgary where this retreat is being held
A welcome circle with nourishing snacks and refreshments
An interactive psycho-educational workshop + art therapy process with Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor Jen Reddish where you will be supported to gain insight around your anxiety to help you find ways of releasing it. Jen will teach you ways to manage your symptoms of anxiety and give you opportunities to practice these techniques in-session, and she will also introduce you to strategies for long-term healing and release around your anxiety.
A yoga session & talk on yoga + anxiety facilitated by Cher Compton from Dragonfly Maternity
An information session on nutrition & anxiety with Q&A’s with Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant Laurel Berube
A reflective activity to wrap up your key learning points from the day

Optional Group Activity: Continue the Connection with the participants from this workshop by joining an optional post-workshop dinner at one of the areas gourmet restaurants
