This is a space to return to your whole self, bringing harmony within your inner world.  Where your truth lives in the body, where every part of you is welcomed home, and where healing unfolds through remembrance and being, not fixing or over-achieving.

Through gentle, soul-honouring practices like Internal Family Systems, expressive art therapy, somatic awareness, nature connection, and intuitive integration, you’ll be guided inward — to meet yourself with compassion, to listen deeply, and to reconnect with the power that’s always been yours.

These sessions are a space for you to land, breathe, and be fully met in your experience—without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are.

With deep presence and intuitive guidance, I support you in gaining clarity around your intentions and goals, while creating space for what’s emerging in the moment. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, while gently moving toward where you want to be.

My passion is supporting women who are ready to deepen their healing journey—especially those navigating the impacts of developmental and relational trauma. Together, we explore the protective parts of you that show up in moments of overwhelm, anger, anxiety, or self-doubt—not to get rid of them, but to understand and care for them in new ways.

In this process, you learn how to stay connected to your Self even when old patterns are activated. This is the path toward living with greater confidence, clarity, and authenticity—rooted in your body, your truth, and your intuition.

Available online and in-person. Psychotherapy/forest therapy sessions are also available to book with Jen.

Intuitive Somatic Integration

These sessions are a deeply attuned space to reconnect with yourself—body, mind, and soul.
Through a blend of intuitive presence and somatic awareness, I tune into your system while gently guiding you to do the same. Together, we slow down and tune in to what's underneath—whether it's tension, emotion, old trauma, or subtle energetic patterns ready to shift. There is time to debrief afterwards to invite clarity and connection.

This work isn’t about fixing—it’s about becoming more present to what’s alive in you, and creating the conditions for release, regulation, and integration to unfold naturally.
