This is a space to reconnect with your whole self. As your inner world finds balance, you are invited to embody your authentic truth and inner authority.
Every part of you is invited to be acknowledged, supported, and integrated, supporting you to listen to your own inner knowing with presence and power.
Working 1:1 with Jen is a blended, integrative experience of psychotherapy, intuitive somatic integration, and nature-based healing. Through these practices, you’ll be guided inward to meet yourself with compassion, listen deeply, and reconnect with the clarity, confidence, and power that naturally arises from self-alignment.
Sessions are available online or in-person.

We make progress FASTER together. Being in a collective space for healing, ebbing and flowing between listening, remembering, processing, giving, sharing, witnessing and receiving, we gain an indescribable amount from journeying this path together.

Nature-based Support

The Earth is calling you back. Not to escape life, but to remember how to be present in it. When you attend a nature-based session with Jen, the forest becomes a co-facilitator in your healing. Forest therapy invites you to slow down, restore inner balance, regulation, clarity, and embodied presence. It reminds you of your belonging, your intuitive inner knowing, and who you really are.
As you connect with the rhythm of the forest, you connect with your true self.
