Coming Home to Your Whole Self: A Weekend of Parts Work, Soul Connection & Forest Wisdom

Coming Home to Your Whole Self: A Weekend of Parts Work, Soul Connection & Forest Wisdom
June 5-7th 2026 | Bragg Creek, Alberta

Reconnect, release, and integrate — where nature, your nervous system, authenticity, and soul meet. This is not just a retreat; it’s a return to your whole self.

Through an IFS lens, we will integrate forest therapy centred on chakra balancing and connection to qualities of self, somatic practices and creative exploration, we’ll open a path to inner harmony, honouring every part of who you are. Expect deep healing, soulful reconnection, and profound integration of body, mind, and spirit.

Day 1 — ARRIVAL + ROOTING

We’ll begin with gentle arrival and grounding into safety and presence. In our Opening Circle, we’ll create a trauma-informed container and set intentions for the weekend. From there, we’ll move into the forest to attune to the Root and Sacral Chakras, laying a foundation of stability, belonging, and creativity.

Through Forest Therapy and IFS-infused practices, you’ll be invited to meet parts of yourself in nature — bringing compassionate attention to your inner landscape. We’ll close the day around the fire with a Release Ceremony, letting go of what no longer serves and welcoming what is ready to return.

Themes: Grounding · Safety · Belonging · Creativity
IFS Qualities of Self: Calm · Connection · Compassion · Curiosity

Day 2 — DESCENT + INTEGRATION

We’ll gently deepen the journey, turning inward to reconnect with the parts of you that have longed to be seen and held. Through forest invitations, somatic tracking, and nature-based parts work, we’ll explore the energy of the Solar Plexus, Heart, and Throat Chakras — opening to your truth, personal power, and authentic voice.

A guided art therapy and nature sculpture process will help map your inner system and bring voice to the stories your parts carry. Through creative expression, connection with others, and your own writing, you’ll be invited into inner reconciliation — not through effort, but through presence.

The day will culminate in a sacred evening fire circle, where you’re invited to share a letter written to a part of yourself, offering deep honouring of your wholeness and inner return.

Themes: Power · Truth · Expression · Integration
IFS Qualities of Self: Confidence · Courage · Creativity · Clarity

Day 3 — RECLAMATION + RETURN

On our final day, we step into vision, clarity, and soul alignment. In the forest, we’ll attune to the Third Eye and Crown Chakras, opening space for expansion, insight, and connection to something greater than ourselves.

We’ll gather for an Integration Circle, where you’ll craft and speak a personal “I Am” statement — a declaration of your reclaimed Self-energy. The retreat will close with embodiment practices — breath, movement, and creative rituals — to root your healing into the body and carry it forward.

Themes: Intuition · Insight · Soul Connection · Wholeness
IFS Qualities of Self: Clarity · Connection · Confidence · Calm
