Feeling Too Burnt Out To Do Anything To Stop Yourself From Feeling Burnt Out? If This Sounds Like You…

1) Stop shaming yourself. You can only work with what you’ve got.

2) Invite in some compassionate curiosity & observe what ISN’T working for you right now.

3) Forgive yourself for taking on too much, remind yourself that taking time to rest & restore will allow you to do MORE when you CAN. Pushing yourself now will only result in feeling MORE BURNT OUT.

4) Use your limited energy mindfully… what matters most?

5) Consider if there’s anything or anyone that can support you right now, and if it’s worth asking for what you need!
