The Missing Link (it might not be what you think)

You’ve read the books. Taken the workshops. Done the inner work.
But maybe… there’s still a quiet, sacred ache underneath it all.

Not to learn more...
But to be met more deeply.
To feel.
To soften.
To trust again.

Here’s what I’ve come to understand:
Healing isn’t about adding more.
It’s about remembering, being, and giving yourself permission to receive.

You want a place to soften.

You’re carrying so much.
The emotional labor. The pressure to “get it right.”
The perceived need be strong, in a certain way. To be everything for everyone.

You’re craving a space where your nervous system can exhale.
Where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Where your softness isn’t something to hide — it’s something to honour.

You want to be held, seen, and heard…not fixed.

You’ve done the therapy, explored different routes of “self help”, you’ve read the right books, listened to the right podcasts, you’ve received advice from so many people….
But what you long for is presence — not pressure.
To be seen, as you are.
Without needing to be anything that you aren’t, or to be anywhere other than where you are.

You want to feel grounded and embodied.

Not bypassing. Not toxic positivity. Not “love and light” over the hard stuff.
But sacredness that meets you in the realness of your life.
In your grief. Your doubt. Your rage.

You don’t want to float above it — you want to feel it all, and still know you’re held, that you are okay, that you are acceptable, and ENOUGH.

You want to trust yourself again.

Deep down, you already know.
But you’ve been taught to override that knowing.
You want to rebuild the bridge between your body, your heart, and your truth.
To stop outsourcing your wisdom.
To feel what self-trust actually feels like again.

You want real, authentic connection.

You don’t want to put up a facade, and you don’t want to meet anybody else’s, either. You don’t want forced vulnerability.
But honest, gentle “I see you” connection.
Soul to soul.
Self to self.
You’re not meant to do this alone.

You want integration.

You’ve had big moments. Powerful insights.
But what you’re contemplating is….
How do I live this?
How do I carry the work into my relationships, my parenting, my choices?

You want to feel different in your everyday life.

This is the invitation.
To come closer to yourself.
To trust your body’s wisdom.
To soften, slow down, and remember what it feels like to be you.

Maybe you don’t need to DO MORE. Maybe you just need to tune in…. and BE WITH yourself, exactly as you are….

Tuning In is a space created with that in mind.
Small. Gentle. Alive with curiosity and compassion.
A space where your process belongs.
Where your intuition is honoured.
Where healing isn’t something you strive for — it’s something you return to.

If any of this resonates with you, consider our new online drop-in group Tuning In. Jen created this group because she knows what it’s like to long for something deeper — not just more tools or information, but a felt sense of being met. Of being in a space where your nervous system exhales, your inner world is welcomed, and your “healing” doesn’t have to look a certain way.

This group is for you if you are:

  • Actively working on your personal growth or emotional healing

  • Wanting to feel more present, grounded, and self-aware in your daily life

  • Craving more clarity, confidence, and inner calm

  • Tired of overthinking and ready to trust your body’s wisdom and inner voice

  • Curious about parts work (IFS), intuition, or energy awareness

  • Desiring more self-trust and embodied decision-making

  • Seeking a soulful, supportive space to pause, feel, and integrate

You don’t need to be “perfect” at any of it — just willing to show up and tune in.

This offering will be held in a live, interactive online video group format, and will never be recorded in order to honour and protect confidentiality of each participant. You will be guided through these sessions by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor as you are invited to tune into your own experiences. The goal is not to provide therapy, but to create a space where you can connect with yourself, share insights, and explore your internal landscape in a supportive group environment.

"Tuning In" will blend elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Energy Work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This is an online group experience designed to help you deepen your self-awareness, inviting self-reflection, intuitive alignment and integrating mind-body connection through a combination of therapeutic practices.
