Nervous System Reset
Feeling triggered, stressed, or overwhelmed? This short but powerful workshop gives you practical tools to calm your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your Self-energy — that calm, grounded, compassionate presence within you.
Through polyvagal-informed techniques, Somatic Awareness, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other therapeutic modaliaties, you’ll learn to recognize when your system is activated, bring safety back into your body, and create the conditions for integration and lasting change.
You’ll receive a downloadable handout with grounding practices and reflection prompts to help you continue this work anytime, anywhere.
Empowered Boundaries: Reclaim Your Voice
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify personal triggers and recognize unhealthy dynamics; including codependent patterns, so you can clearly see which boundaries need to be set.
You’ll explore how to create and maintain both spoken and unspoken boundaries and practice effective communication techniques for expressing them, even in challenging situations.
We’ll also cover how to navigate expectations from family, friends, and colleagues, and how to connect with triggered inner parts, such as the inner child, to transform past experiences into present empowerment.
Communication Skills for Respectful & Empowered Relationships
By the end of this workshop, you will understand yourself, your parts, and your communication style on a deeper level. You’ll learn to recognize how triggers, core beliefs, and body sensations shape your interactions, and you’ll be introduced to actionable strategies for communicating assertively and respectfully from a grounded sense of Self.
We’ll explore how to build stronger, more authentic connections while protecting your energy, and how to use somatic practices to ground, discharge, and re-anchor into Self energy. Throughout the workshop, you’ll also practice staying empowered while navigating difficult conversations and potential conflict.
