Join this online workshop to gain insight around your anxiety, it’s purpose, and differentiate between when it is a useful tool to listen to and when it is more destructive and needs to be released. You will learn ways to manage your symptoms of anxiety and have opportunities to practice these techniques as you go through this workshop, and you will be introduced to strategies for long-term healing and release around your anxiety. 

Join Jen Reddish, Master Therapeutic Counsellor with over 10 years of experience on this topic for this workshop series where you will be supported to learn and practice ways to manage and release your anxiety while restoring a sense of calm in the long-term!
