Here you’ll find guided meditations designed to support you throughout your self-paced workshops. These meditations are created and led by Trina Metz, a certified meditation teacher and intuitive guide.

Trina is devoted to helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. By blending mind–body science with intuitive healing, she supports women through fertility, conception, and early motherhood as sacred pathways of embodiment, trust, and transformation.

Nervous System Meditation

A guided meditation to support nervous system regulation, weaving together Trina’s skilled meditation guidance and some of the grounding strategies Jen teaches in the Nervous System Reset Workshop. This practice invites you back into your body, helps restore balance, and nurtures a steady sense of calm within.
