Releasing Self-Doubt | MAP Subconscious Clearing with Trina Metz

Self-doubt can show up in ways we don’t always recognize, from questioning our decisions and second-guessing ourselves to holding back from opportunities or feeling like we aren’t quite enough.

In this special membership session, Trina Metz will guide you through MAP (Make Anything Possible), a subconscious approach designed to help you work with the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that can influence how you feel about yourself and move through the world.

MAP works with the subconscious mind to support the release of emotional imprints and patterns that may be contributing to self-doubt, helping you create space for new perspectives and a different relationship with yourself.

As a verified MAP Practitioner, Trina will guide you through this experience in a supportive and intentional way, allowing you to explore what may be holding you back and begin shifting the patterns that no longer serve you.

This is an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and become more open to trusting yourself, recognizing your own capabilities, and moving forward with greater confidence.

Come as you are, with curiosity and an openness to what may be ready to shift.
