Being a mother is an extremely demanding role and it is SO important to learn creative and practical strategies to support you with overcoming and preventing feelings of burnout!This session is going to be jam-packed with invaluable resources for you and every contribution was hand-picked by Jen herself from a few of her favourite mama-owned businesses! Whether you’ve just taken our workshop on Overcoming Burnout in Motherhood or you did it a long time ago, this group is a space for you to integrate and apply the skills that you have learned in your life to meet your goals for personal growth.

What to Expect

This group is held in an interactive online video format through zoom. Join in from any space that you feel comfortable in! You are welcomed to interact with voice & video or by using the chat feature in the zoom group & to participate at a level that feels safe and helpful for you.

You must have previously taken one of Jen’s workshops in order to attend this group.
