This work creates meaningful, long-lasting shifts in your nervous system, empowering you to move through your days with more clarity, calm, and internal harmony.
This session blends simple nervous system grounding with IFS-informed parts work, helping you build a kinder, more trusting relationship with the parts of you that get activated in daily life.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use in the moment, and a deeper sense of internal safety you can return to again and again.
This is a small, intimate, live session held exclusively for members. These sessions are intentionally small and relational — a place to slow down, regulate, and reconnect with yourself. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or stretched thin, this space is here for you.”
