Join us for Sacred Rage, a live session dedicated to exploring and honouring the fire within you. This is an invitation to meaningful discussion, reflection, and connection around your anger and rage, seeing them not as something to suppress, but as sacred messengers pointing to unmet needs, boundaries, and parts of yourself seeking connection & validation. Together, we’ll create space to acknowledge and sit with this energy, cultivating curiosity, compassion, and wisdom so that your rage can guide rather than overwhelm. Through dialogue, shared insights, and embodied awareness, you’ll learn to meet your inner fire with compassion, transforming it into conscious, empowering energy that aligns with your authentic Self Energy.
