Are you ready to soften into receiving, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and grow your confidence in the medicine you bring to your work, while tending the parts of you that still carry fear, self-doubt, or imposter energy?
This intimate 5-hour, nature-based retreat is designed for practitioners, healers, guides, and space-holders who want to deepen their inner alignment and step into their full embodied presence. Within a nurturing forest setting, you’ll explore the energetic and somatic difference between the energy you carry with the medicine you offer and the energy of the fearful parts of yourself, learning to move forward with clarity, compassion, and leadership from Self-energy.
Throughout the afternoon, we will bring together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Forest Therapy, Energy Attunement, and Art Therapy Integration into a slow, nourishing experience that invites deep insight and transformation.
What You’ll Experience:
IFS-Informed Parts Work
Meet, express, and differentiate two between:
Your Medicine Energy: the expression of your Self-energy, the calm, wise, and compassionate core that embodies clarity, confidence, intuitive knowing, and the unique gifts you bring into your work.
Your Fearful Part: the part of you that holds concerns, doubt, contraction, or imposter energy, a part that shows up to keep you safe but can also limit your confidence and flow.
Through art, journaling, and guided reflection, you’ll learn to recognize, dialogue with, and integrate these parts with compassion and Self-leadership.
Energy Attunement & Meditation
Gentle meditation and energetic grounding to settle into your body and energy field.
Experience practices that open awareness to your own energy, expand receptivity, and cultivate clarity, presence, and alignment with your inner wisdom.
Release stuck energy and subtle blocks, creating space for your medicine to flow more freely.
Somatic Practices to Support the Nervous System
Ground into your body, release tension, and restore balance.
SE-based movement sequences and prompts allow you to track sensations, orient to resources, and cultivate a receptive, embodied state.
Forest Therapy & Nature-Based Practices

Through mindful wandering and sensory awareness, the forest mirrors your internal landscape, offering guidance, support, and clarity.

Meet Your Guides
This nourishing retreat is led by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor from The Essence of You, Trina Metz from Into My Body, and Brea Livingstone from Brea Living Coaching. Together, they bring a seamless integration of their unique gifts blending psychotherapy, somatic practices, energy attunement, and coaching to guide participants toward deep self-awareness, embodied presence, and connection to their inner wisdom. Jen, Trina, and Brea create a supportive, spacious container where participants are invited to explore, reflect, and amplify their own medicine while tending to the parts of themselves that carry fear or self-doubt.
The Finer Details:
This 5 hour afternoon retreat is being held on private land in West Bragg Creek. Our time will move between various places in the forest and around the fire in a protected gazebo.
Limited to 9 participants to maintain depth, intimacy, and personalized support.
