A sacred monthly gathering for women who are ready to remember who they are, through ritual, nature, and intentional community.

This is more than a women’s circle.
Held on private, forested land in Bragg Creek, The Ritual Portal is a powerful container for presence, community connection, and transformation. It is a ceremonial space held with reverence, inviting embodied ritual and connection to the rhythms of the earth, the moon, your body and the deep feminine.
Together, Jen and Trina create a soul-rooted, energetically attuned space for women to reconnect to their truth. This space welcomes you into a living ritual, held under the full moon, in the forest, around the fire.
You are invited into this portal: a deeply transformative space between what has been and what is becoming. Here, we return not just to ourselves, but to a sacred way of intentional, ritualized living.
The Ritual Portal is an intentional, energized, elemental experience, drawing on the wisdom of the seasons, connection with the natural world, and meaningful ritual to support clarity, alignment, and integration. It invites you into ceremony, raw expression, energetic attunement and collective transformation as you allow yourself to come into deep connection withyour body, the earth, and into the realm of ritual and embodied awakening.

Each woman is invited to speak what was awakened during the opening ritual - intentionally staying with the theme of each gathering (it will vary each time based on the energy of each full moon)Somatic and Energetic Integration

The Ritual Portal is held for 8 women in total: 6 participants + Trina and Jen.
The number 8 is a symbol of sacred balance, cyclical flow, and infinite return. This number carries the energy of integrity, personal power, manifestation, infinite abundance and transformation.Held on Private Forested Land
You are invited into this meaningful experience in the forest, allowing nature to become a co-regulator for our group, holding us and sharing it’s medicine while we connect around the fire.

Moon energy: The Beaver SuperMoon invites preparation, self-care, reflection, and abundance as nature readies for winter.
Practices: Tuning into instinct, rest & release ritual, and building emotional shelter

Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor + Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner
Jen Reddish brings a soul-led, intuitive presence to each Ritual Portal gathering. She has a gift for calling in the right women and thoughtfully shaping each circle based on who is meant to be there. By tuning into the land and the unique energy of the group, Jen co-creates a meaningful and safe space for deep connection, reflection, and renewal.
Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Expressive Arts Therapy, somatic awareness, nature-based healing, and intuitive practices, Jen leads each gathering with grounded presence and trauma-informed care. Her work invites women to return to their authentic self, beyond patterns of survival, and into the embodied, intuitive way of being they were always meant to inhabit.
Trina Metz | Meditation Teacher & Intuitive Guide
Trina has a beautiful way of gently guiding women back to their inner wisdom through intuitive practices that honour the body, emotions, and energetic field. Her intuitive presence naturally attunes to the energy of the group, holding the circle with a powerful combination of gentle presence and grounded strength.
Trina plays a vital role in shaping each experience of The Ritual Portal. She thoughtfully weaves in the energy of the season, the moon, and the collective atmosphere of the group, bringing depth, resonance, and meaning to each ritual. Her steady, intuitive, intentional way of attuning and holding space invites safety, connection, and a deep sense of belonging. Through her presence, women feel witnessed, honoured, and welcomed back to themselves.
