Reclaimed: A Weekend Retreat for Deep Rest, Internal Alignment & Embodied Leadership
Friday, April 23rd – Sunday, April 25th, 2027 | Bragg Creek, Alberta
Led by Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Reiki Master & Forest Therapy Practitioner & Trina Metz, intuitive guide, spiritual mentor, and certified MAP practitioner
Has it felt like your life, work, or vision is undergoing a profound rewriting? Have you noticed that the external structures, roles, or expectations you once relied on to guide you are shifting, dissolving, or no longer serving where you are called to go?
When the landscape changes, the instinctive response for high-capacity women is to tighten the grip, to drive harder, over-manage outcomes, or remain in constant operational overdrive. But underneath the surface, staying in high-vigilance management carries a quiet, invisible tax: mental fatigue, delayed decision-making, physical tension, and a gradual disconnect from your own intuitive knowing.
True vision, authentic presence, and sustainable leadership cannot be accessed from a state of internal depletion.
Reclaimed is a guided, high-depth therapeutic retreat designed for the woman who recognizes that to lead her life with clarity, power, and integrity, she must step off the treadmill of constant performance and reclaim her centre.
Nestled in the quiet foothills of Bragg Creek, surrounded by old-growth trees, private mountain air, and nourishing, catered meals, this weekend is an invitation to drop into an unhurried space of true presence. Here, you will be expertly guided back into connection with your core Self-energy: the grounded, authentic internal authority that lives within you and ignites your innate ability to lead without hesitation.
We bridge clinical depth with a restorative pace, using precise, integrative modalities to help your nervous system discharge tension, neutralize subconscious friction, and step into self-sovereignty.
A Multi-Modality Approach to Reclaiming Your Centre
Throughout the weekend, you will experience a structured, highly intentional blend of six core modalities:
Internal Family Systems (IFS): Guided inner inquiry to acknowledge, soothe, and unburden the protective "manager" and "driver" parts of your system that are exhausted from carrying full responsibility for outcomes.
MAP Method (Make Anything Possible): A specialized, brain-based subconscious clearing modality that works directly with neuroplasticity to neutralize hidden friction, self-limiting patterns, and internal resistance, without requiring you to re-tell private stories or re-experience past distress.
Somatic Experiencing (SE) & Somatic Yoga: Gentle, body-based tracking and slow movement practiced at an unhurried, titrated pace. Designed to safely release stored survival stress, expand your window of tolerance, and build grounded physical resilience without flooding your system.
Forest Therapy Immersion: Slow, sensory immersion on the land to quiet the analytical mind, attune to natural cycles, and anchor your physical body into co-regulation with the earth.
Intuitive Writing & Reflection: Guided prompts to untangle internal dialogue, listen to your sovereign inner knowing, and deliberately author your next chapter.
Energy Work & Chakra Attunement: Focused clearing and balancing of your energetic system from root to crown, restoring the flow of your vital capacity.
With an intimate group capped at just 10 women, you will receive personalized space holding, an unhurried pace, and substantial time for quiet integration.
The Journey Through the Weekend
Our itinerary moves intentionally through the chakra system, establishing physical safety before expanding into power, expression, and higher perspective.
Day 1: Grounding & Rooting (Root & Sacral Chakras)
We begin by establishing physical safety, presence, and internal stability.
Opening Circle: Establishing shared container guidelines, energetic boundaries, and setting collective intentions for the weekend.
Somatic & IFS Integration: A guided introduction to your internal landscape. We will safely map the high-functioning "manager" and "driver" parts that have been carrying the weight of recent shifts, offer them sincere appreciation for their protection, and gently invite them to unburden so your core Self can lead.
Forest Therapy Immersion: A professionally facilitated experience focused on stability, belonging, and physical grounding—attuning directly to the Root and Sacral Chakras.
Fireside Intention Setting: A structured evening ritual to anchor your presence and open space for what is ready to emerge.
Intuitive Writing: A clear-eyed opening reflection to map where your energy currently resides, identifying aligned intentions that reflect where your internal authority is directing you next.
Day 2: Expression, Power & Clearing (Solar Plexus, Heart & Throat Chakras)
Saturday balances personal power and authentic expression with deliberate subconscious processing and deep restoration.
Morning Somatic Yoga Practice: A gentle, grounding sequence focused on the Solar Plexus and Heart space. Through conscious breath and intuitive movement, you will release stored physical rigidity and cultivate an open, resilient physical foundation.
Subconscious Re-Patterning (MAP Session): A group MAP subconscious clearing session focused on neutralizing hidden internal friction, self-doubt, and implicit barriers to stepping into your full presence and capacity. This gentle process works quietly through subconscious memory reconsolidation, no sharing or reliving of past trauma required.
Intuitive Writing | Dialogue with the Inner System: A guided prompt to facilitate an unhurried dialogue between your core Self-energy and the parts of you that carry the burden of constant management and responsibility.
Integration & Rest Space: A spacious afternoon dedicated to allowing your system to digest the morning's shifts through rest, deep sleep, or quiet presence among the trees.
Forest Therapy: Guided invitations on the land to connect with the energies of personal alignment, truth, and clear communication, opening channels for direct, authentic expression.
Sacred Fire Circle: A guided evening circle for reflection, writing, and deliberate witnessing as you share a written release or declaration to your internal system (optional).
Day 3: Vision, Expansion & Alignment (Third Eye & Crown Chakras)
Our final day focuses on strategic perspective, expanded intuition, and anchoring your internal authority into your daily life.
Somatic Movement & Crown Alignment: A gentle, fluid morning yoga practice designed to invite mental spaciousness, expand intuitive perspective, and bridge physical grounding with higher vision.
Forest Therapy & Energy Realignment: A guided session dedicated to elevated perspective and clear Self-energy, attuning to the Third Eye and Crown Chakras. You will learn practical tools to unburden protective parts so you can make decisions from absolute clarity.
Expressive Art Therapy Process: A quiet, facilitated nature-sculpture invitation to map your inner landscape, giving visual voice to internal dynamics without forcing analytical over-processing.
Intuitive Writing: A final, empowering integration exercise where you will articulate and declare your core "I Am" statement—consciously choosing the internal state and energy you intend to embody moving forward.
Closing Circle: A structured integration gathering to anchor your shifts, consolidate your insights, and transition back to daily life with quiet confidence.
What You Will Leave With:
Embodied Internal Authority: Practical IFS and somatic tools to lead your life and manage your internal system from calm, authentic Self-energy rather than reactive stress.
Elevated Energetic & Mental Clarity: A rebalanced energy body, paired with intuitive writing reflections that clarify your next strategic and personal steps.
A Regulated, Capable Nervous System: An expanded capacity to stay grounded, composed, and clear, even amidst external uncertainty or high-demand environments.
Subconscious Realignment: Reduced internal resistance and friction through targeted MAP clearing, allowing your goals and daily actions to pull in the same direction.
A Personal Practice of Ease: An embodied knowing of what it feels like to move, decide, and interact from a place of unhurried power, absolute presence, and intrinsic clarity.

About Your Facilitators
Jen Reddish & Trina Metz bring a combined wealth of clinical depth, subconscious re-patterning, and intuitive guidance to this weekend. As seasoned space-holders, they specialize in creating unhurried, trauma-informed environments where high-functioning women can safely step off the treadmill of daily responsibility and find a soft landing.
Jen Reddish, Registered Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Certified Forest Therapy Practitioner, & Reiki Master is the founder of The Essence of You. She is Trauma-Informed Group Facilitator with over 17 years of experience guiding individual therapy, group processing, and immersive group retreats.
Jen specializes in supporting women who lead in their work, families, communities, and personal lives—particularly those who appear highly capable on the outside, but internally struggle with old patterns of over-responsibility, perfectionism, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, or self-doubt. Her work is deeply rooted in helping women break free from survival strategies shaped by developmental trauma and high-pressure environments, guiding them to step out of constant "doing" and into grounded, authentic "being".
Drawing on an integrative, soul-centred approach, Jen seamlessly blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapy with somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, expressive art therapy, energy attunement (Reiki), and nature-based forest therapy. She is deeply passionate about creating safe, relational containers where women can release isolation and shame, awaken their inner knowing, and embody the quiet confidence, clarity, and authority that naturally arise when they are aligned with their authentic Self.
Trina Metz is the founder of Into My Body and a Certified MAP Practitioner dedicated to helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, the intelligence of nature, and the truth of who they are. Through a trauma-informed, body-centered approach, she integrates subconscious re-patterning, somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, energy medicine, and meditation to support deep, lasting transformation.
Known for her calm presence and intuitive ability to attune to both individuals and groups, Trina creates a space where women feel safe enough to soften, become curious, and come home to themselves. Her work supports nervous system regulation, helping participants uncover and release subconscious patterns that may keep them disconnected from their bodies, intuition, and innate capacity for healing.
Working alongside Jen throughout the Reclaimed retreat, Trina will weave mind-body science, intuitive practice, somatic awareness, and connection with the natural world into the weekend experience, supporting each woman as she deepens her relationship with her body, cultivates greater safety within herself, and reclaims the wholeness and wisdom that have always been within.
